Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

The manager mr. vinoo is very rude. I went to pick up a order at 6:15 pm for door dash . He told me right away with an attitude “no more orders” So I told him in order to stop orders you need to turn off your systems. He told me it’s door dash fault . I told him we won’t be sent you pick order unless he turn off his system from accepting orders . He rudely told me to find another job. I walked away and called it to door dash. Door dash informed me that the Popeyes confirm that they did received the order and ask me to go back. Of course I refused. I will report it personally to mr Rahman . Update: the cashier, had a serious attitude problem. He kept laughing at everyone, there was no chicken ready. The cashier was talking to the cook, and rude to other customers. I will not come back to this particular one

I work in the mall. 1 placed an order on the app and was after 8pm. I went to food court around 8.40 only to find out they did not make my order and said sorry they already cleaning up and kitchen is closed. Food court is open until 9pm. I was so upset and they are not nice. Always make you wait and they move like a turtle. I said well I paid and I have no food. The cashier said we’ll go in app and request a refund. It’s been a week.
