Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

All I can say is the food is mediocre at best the cafe is way to crowded and the drinks are way to overhyped Now on to the people Their is only two people I think deserved a raise or to be promoted First is the older black women on espresso bar she was so sweet and kind and she listened to me when I had concerns about my order and I love how she sings my name when calling it instead of yelling at me like a catholic school Next is the red head woman with the tattoo on her arm I had such a big order and she was efficient and read everything back and I have to tell you she made me comfortable when ringing up my order she was so sweet and kind and she even wrote a note on my bag with all of the food items inside It reads “to the kind woman with all the amazing vibes and amazing stones necklaces just want to say I love your energy and vibes and it was a pleasure to ring you up and serve you today I hope you have a better day and get home safe and be safe and enjoy your food and drinks stay beautiful inside and out” that right there made my day which was horrible and it was raining so it made my rainy day so much better she even asked if I had any allergies because one of the drinks came with cinnamon what a gem she need to be promoted so idk who you are mystery girl but keep being amazing yourself Then after her the girl from the espresso bar was kind and amazing and I loved her service My visit was such a joy I was so blessed Thanks Starbucks stay amazing I...

So this is my experience, I mobile ordered yesterday through the Starbucks app (wasn’t sure if it was busy) when I came in it was dead so all the staff was hanging out and talking I asked the red head girl with the tattoo on her arm if I can get my mobile order she said technically she couldn’t because she not clocked in yet but she didn’t want me to wait so she helped me and gave me my stuff she asked how my morning was going and how am I I told her my morning going good and I’m ok and she asked if I needed any utensils or sauces I told her no she said if I did whatever we didn’t have upstairs they have more sauces downstairs she told me behind me were napkins she thought of everything she was a all star She also said if I was walking back anywhere they have water fountain and cups downstairs because it hot out She was amazing She really takes care of her customers and looks out for them and I felt like I was at home I wish I caught her name I didn’t she had red hair and a tattoo on her arm it had color didn’t see it quick enough to make out what it was and she was wearing a green shirt and she had a smile that could light up a room SHE NEED TO BE PROMOTED!!!!!
