Subway — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

It’s small so wasn’t expecting much. I placed my order; bread stored okay, cheese, I couldn’t see but then when it came to the toppings, the lettuce was brown! Like old. I asked if that’s the best they have and she said yes “all the lettuce” looks like that. She tried to mix it but literally the entire bucket needed to go in the garbage. It was brown and the green was faded. The onions looked dry. So she wraps my sandwich up asks if I want a drink. I give in and get a medium size cup for the fountain. I pay and walk over to make my drink. The fountain had multiple options, one of them being the lemonade which is usually good elsewhere. I pour some in the cup to make sure it was actually lemonade and not water- I poured not even a full cup, literally a sip- well the smell that was coming from that thing was disgusting!!!🤢 it smelled like the back of a sweaty ear! I wish I could give it zero stars. Dirty and rude staff. I asked for cheddar cheese and they sprinkled a little on the foot long not even covering the surface. And when I asked for them to cover the surface they said they would have to charge me more. My dad then asked for radish and the woman put ranch dressing on it instead when I pointed out the mistake she didn't even offer to remove it. At the end when I went to pay the manager said "next time you should have your dad write down what he wants first because that's smarter." My dad might be an older gentleman but he is perfectly competent and doesn't need someone rushing his food order and you don't treat customers that way and especially say something like that right in...

I ordered my food online through the SUBWAY® app. When I arrived at the store to pick up my order, I was asked for an ID in order to get my food and that is absolutely ridiculous! Even after I showed him the credit card that I used (with my name on it) also I showed him the order that I placed in the app (under my name) and He still wanted me to show him a drivers license. 20 mins later he called someone and I guess that person told him to give me my food.
