First, let me start off by saying I wish to remain anonymous. The drive thru cashier tonight (3/17/23) was incredibly rude. I showed her my phone with my mobile order and she would not give me what I had ordered, because she could not find it in the system. Mind you, I used to work at this location. 3 1/2 years. Proper protocol is to tell the customer the names we have available on the screen to see if any may match. Second, get your manager if you need help or when the customer asks for one. In this case, I did ask and she would not get the manager. She kept messing the name of my mobile order up as well, saying other random names, and her behavior was all over the place. I also had mentioned I knew the manager there because I used to be employed there. Her response was simply “who do you know?” instead of getting the manager when I asked several times. Again, very rude. This location has gone so downhill since I’ve left in 2021. It’s sad because I was working full time there and all the customers loved me, because I actually provided them with great customer service. I loved my job. I quit because the place started changing for the worse, ESPECIALLY after the owner fired the last General Manager. Don’t even get me started on how the dining room is always a mess now, cups and straws are never restocked, and customers simply get ignored and are forced to order via kiosk. I really did care about the place because it was my first job, and it gave me satisfaction by allowing me to provide quality service to others. I knew customers by name. Met so many people there. Read moreThis location needs new management. New location with a staff that is clueless. One on his phone, the other guy is playing around with food that people are ordering at the drive thru window. We ordered our food and order was wrong. We tell him that he didn’t put in the sour cream or pico and he’s like the kid never charged you. Well we ordered it that way. So we asked him to give it to us and we will put it our cheese roll up. So the don’t have to make completely new ones. He’s like I have to charge you. How about you take all the roll ups and make them right from the beginning. I have to pay extra and make it myself. You made the mistake!! At least make it right by the customer. I hope corporate is reading this because it’s a same new location and all these idiots are going to run it to the ground bc they don’t care. Read moreI have been to this taco bell 3 times and I always try to give the local business in my area the money and support. But this is one taco bell I will be rerouting my funds from and support I will be driving to merrick for now on. Ran today like 3 min ago to place a order for my family and everything I try to order there was nothing so to the point just got regular tacos that where cooled and no meat the taco where so sloppy we order a bell grande and it was so poorly put together. My wife thru all the food in the trash 29.56 of trash service and food. We order pizza for dinner and it was amazing but taco bell needs to be close and bring in a new fast food change to our naborhood. CLOSE THIS TACO BELL I EVEN WAS CHARGE FOR A CHIPOTLE SAUCE AFTER THE SAD SERVICE....
