This is the East Henrietta Road location...Went in ordered on kiosk. No receipt but payment went through. We waited 20 minutes and noticed employees standing around. Went up to the register and asked about order, they said they didn't have one. We pulled up our bank account and showed it was paid for so the clerk asked for the manager. We told her our problem, she retook the order, repeated it back. Hash brown, bacon egg and cheese biscuit, large diet coke. An English muffin and large orange juice. When the order came out got a medium OJ, no cup for coke, went back asked for the large coke cup, they gave us a large juice cup and the large OJ. Finally frustrated I had a travel mug and just filled that instead of going up again. At least 45 minutes has passed at this point.(including eating time) while eating the manager told the district manager about the kiosks not giving receipts, Ron, the man's name, said I can't figure it out and just left...They did not fix the problem or put an out of order sign up. We ended up at this McDonalds because the west Henrietta Rd McDonalds did not have and soft drinks available. What a nightmare. We won't go back to the East Henrietta Rd location. People should really pay attention and fix what needs fixed, and listen carefully to what folks order. Very...
Read moreI placed my order at the drive-thru speaker, requesting that my fries be prepared fresh. After continuing with the rest of my order, I began to ask that my sandwiches also be made fresh, at which point I was rudely interrupted by the employee who insisted that the food would be fresh.
When I arrived at the window, I asked to speak with the person who took my order. Larae came to the window, and I politely inquired about her day before addressing the interruptions during my order. Rather than offering an explanation or apology, Larae raised her voice, insisting she had every right to be rude because I had asked for fresh food twice. Throughout this interaction, the manager, Sarah, stood by and observed without intervening. When I questioned Sarah about the appropriateness of Larae’s behavior, she defended it, stating that it was acceptable in this instance due to my request for fresh food.
I am extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service at this establishment. Regardless of the setting, it is unacceptable to be spoken to in such a manner, and it discourages customers from returning. I believe both Larae and Sarah would benefit from additional customer...

I have NEVER had an experience like this at this McDonald’s location with a app code that wasn’t working at the drive-thru and with this employee and to be honest whenever I’ve had this issue they have called a supervisor to override the problem with the app. Including this employee, But today she chose NOT TO FOLLOW THAT PROTOCOL which in the past she has done. I went to the window and showed her the code and still chose NOT TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT whatsoever. Twice I had read her the number and kept saying it wasn’t working…. What does she want me to do with that response ?!?!? There is nothing on my end to do on VALID CODE! I went inside and the manager took the code and it worked!!!!! It was a simple process and AVOIDABLE!!!! I’m short staffed at work so I choose this location over others to avoid situations like this , BUT NOT TODAY !!!!!!
