Great Food Hot Fresh Food Sometimes Slow under staffed Service Not Recommend if they're busy The 1st visit I we were very pleased with the food & they actually brought it to us HOT thank you, they have a pretty decent size menu with plenty of options. Our only complaints would be the under staffed servers. I would love to rate a 5 star but the water was just way to undrinkable, is a reverse osmosis to expensive for restaurants since they do not charge for water? Seems like they'd have some type of water filtration so the water isn't so disgusting. The restaurant was packed when we came on a Sunday at 12:30pm it's strange they didn't have more than one server tending to customers. They have really great tasting food and the biscuits and gravey is amazing & we can't wait to have them again, hopefully they have bottled water next time or we will just bring our own water. We will definitely be returning to this location again in the future. Came back two more times the second visit was the best, this last time was absolutely terrible, the biscuits and gravey were cold and the bacon was rubbery, I even asked for the bacon to be well done & extra crispy I also asked fmto please make sure that my biscuits and gravey are HOT! I know she heard me but she didn't care apparently, we will never come back unless it's not busy. Updated Review Yes It's perfect when they're not busy! Our food today was absolutely perfect and HOT 🔥 we came on Wednesday when they were not busy, they have...

Have gone here occasionally, but honestly WILL NOT BE GOING THERE. Today (3/13/25) a group of coworkers and I decided to go to Andy's for lunch. It wasn't too busy, but the waiter was taking a while. 3 of my coworkered ordered club sandwiches, I had ordered a wrap and a coworker of mine had ordered a panini. We waited about 30 mins for our food, but I and my other coworker had to still wait. After seeing other customers getting their food just moments after they were seated, we decided to ask cause our lunch was almost at an end. Moments after, I get my wrap, but my co-worker did not get his panini. Its been about 40 minutes, and his food still was not out, and my other coworkers are about finished with their food. My coworker was highly upset since the waiter was very short with him and was brushing him off as opposed to consoling and understanding him. Not only that, he was patiently waiting while seeing others getting their food and watching his coworkers eat. My coworker had asked for some sort of compensation, and the waiter just questioned him and said no. It wasn't the fact the she said no, it was the way she was speaking that set him off. She was rude and dismissive, and didn't care to at least try to do...

Wow... where to begin. We were in Westpoint for a Navy/Army rival game. We saw the reviews for Andy's and thought we should drop in. We expected it to be busy and to have a wait, so we were not unreasonable.

When we entered, we thought Andy's was a cute New York style diner. We were immediately sat. That's where the experience went from good to awful.

20 minutes, we sat around watching the waitress not even say hello to us. The hostess had brought u a drink at about a 2pmin mark. We told her we were ready to order, and she told us the waitress would take our order. 20 more minutes passe, and thebwaiteess never even said hello. Not every table was even full! Eventually, I went to the register and told them I wanted to settle our drinks up. Then the waitress comes up and says, "Sorry, have a nice day.

I'm understanding when things are busy to have a wait..but to get greeted by ourselves and waste 40 plus minutes and never even our orders....and to be basically be told I can't take an order..not my job, that's terrible.

What a letdown. Do yourself a favor and find another restaurant. The business either needs more servers or find more people, such as the multiple hosts, to also...

My husband, 2 year old, and I came for breakfast around 9 on a Thursday morning. I had the West Point Special (cheese omelet, bacon, home fries, toast), my husband had the Dootle Town omelet (3 egg omelet with grilled steak, onions, peppers, cheese) with home fries and toast. Our toddler had French Toast with strawberries and blueberries. All three of us loved our meals. Every bite was good. The service was pretty good as well. We would definitely come back here. A couple things to note, only sweet and low or sugar available for coffee so if you prefer other sweeteners you may want to bring your own (goes for unsweetened tea as well). Also parking directly in front is all metered with change only machines. You can find free parking up the road but you'll have to walk a bit to the restaurant from these spots. The whole area seemed a bit lost in time and was very nice, but the wifi was practically non existent :)

The food was quite good, the service was fast, and the coffee was ok enough to drink. Unfortunately, our breakfast was interrupted by a tiny swarm of roaches that started crawling up the wall, across the table, and even on the syrup bottle :( Attached is a photo of a particularly adventurous one that found its way to my stepmother's plate. We brought the infestation to the attention of a few employees who seemed somewhat unconcerned... we weren't necessarily expecting our meal to be completely comped, but it would have been nice to at least see something being done about the bugs!!
