Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Highlands

This location is brand new and already leaves me with a bad taste. The staff is so rude. When I pull up to the drive through I’m greeted with a monotone “give me a minute””. As if I’ve bothered her. I recently sat at the window waiting for a hot coffee for 5 full minutes during a time of day in which I was the only one there. A past experience left me and my friend waiting 15 minutes for a food order that we paid for but was never even put on the board. The manager was the one who put in the order and knew we were waiting and no assistant when we told him we had been waiting for such a long time. She didn’t even apologize for not placing the order. This usually is one of the better Dunkin Donuts cuz they always put your coffee right however today I had to wait 1 hour for one cup of coffee no food just a cup of coffee there have three people working the one gentleman was showing the other two that I guess he was training how to make the coffee and he was jumping from that to the register they had one girl making the food it was just one big hot mess today and I feel bad they were very polite and very courteous apologetic but one hour for one coffee not even a single signature coffee just a...

I bought a cup of coffee today around 10:40am at the store when I got the cup I noticed that It has a tiny whole on it and spilling form that side. I showed it and I asked to the cashier girl to change it. All of a sudden an other employee came up behind the counter which I couldn’t see her name tag (Africa American)and she grabbed the cup from my hand very rude way and spill it to the other cup and put it on the other side of counter with rude manner.
