Delectable Treats and Homely Convenience
Copenhagen Bakery is a delightful spot that has never failed to impress me with its array of confectionery marvels and savory offerings. Whether it's for a sweet craving or a hearty meal, their selection is unparalleled, featuring some of the most delicious cakes, an assortment of cookies, and an abundance of breakfast and lunch options.
The availability of premade meals such as their renowned chicken pot pie adds a level of convenience that is perfect for on-the-go dining without compromising on taste. Their ready-to-eat breakfast and lunch to-go meals have often been my savior during busy mornings and hectic midday schedules. Itās an especially great place to grab lunch if youāre in a bind on your lunch break.
What truly sets Copenhagen Bakery apart is their flexibility and willingness to cater to custom orders. With a phone call and a week's notice, I've seen them whip up nearly any cake wish I've had, much to the delight of my taste buds and guests alike.
And as for indulgences, a friend raved about their Red Velvet Cake which I had ordered for a birthday occasion, claiming it outshone even those endorsed by celebrities. This bakery is a must-visit for anyone looking for quality, taste, and service that over-delivers every...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDrove all the way here because Iāve heard great things. Maybe it was an off night but honestly, I couldnāt believe how terrible of an experience it was for starters Total came to $19 and some change. I gave her a $50 bill and she gave me back a handful of coins. I had to keep telling her I gave her a $50 bill and after going back-and-forth I finally got my correct change. I Ordered two chai lattes, and some desserts. What I received was 2 cups of steamed milk. Thank God, I didnāt drive all the way home and tasted it in the restaurant. When I brought it back to the counter A different girl said there was never any chai powder in the machine. Well, thatās great. Finally, we got our correct drinks, sat down and ate our desserts. I received an apple cinnamon donut that was stale, bland, and hard as a rock. My wife Ordered a small fruit tart, and what she received was literally the size of a postage stamp with a wilted strawberry on top. Lastly, the place was absolutely filthy. There was garbage under all of the tables and the garbage bins were overflowing. I donāt understand it as there were a ton of people behind the counter and not many customers out front. All in all, I have to say, we were quite...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThere is No Customer Access Wi-Fi - Several Listings for Copenhagen Bakery Show There is:
Had this bakery/shop had Wi-F for their customer's use, it would have been a full on 5-Star rating. Excellent coffee, amazing pastries, cakes, and breads, etc. But no Wi-Fi is a big downer; we're visiting on our boat and depend on shore side Wi-Fi for a great many things.
And for what it's worth, the lack of customer accessible Wi-Fi in small, independent coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants seems a common thread in New England. It boggles my mind: easily two-thirds of the 'coffee shop like' establishments we visited from Long Island to Maine didn't provide Wi-Fi for their customers.
So now, I'm sitting in your shop, using my phone's hotspot to write this, while waiting on an Uber driver to take me to Starbucks, where I will buy their (lesser quality) coffee and use their Wi-Fi. Please consider making the tiny investment in Wi-Fi for your customers. It will pay for itself in no time. I was self-employed for 35 years; customer accessible Wi-Fi is necessary for the modern business, and...
