Mystery meat, and nasty service
My wife and I ordered General Tso's tofu (with white rice on the side) and lo mein to celebrate our daughter's birthday. They sent a combination platter with some kind of meat in it. I'm vegan, so we called to see about having the order replaced- got a busy signal. The kind delivery guy (from a third party service) headed back to talk to them and get the correct order. The woman he put on the phone with my wife screamed at her, saying "We run a BUSINESS- if you want more food, pay for it."    Read morelll give one star because the food wasn't horrible BUT I called in my order and the person on the other line said they don't take American Express so I used my debit card, within hours there was over $75 being charged from all sorts of companies. So I called to tell them that someone who takes the orders is stealing people's credit card info. The woman proceeds to tell me that there was no manager in and that the manager doesn't know English so I should just cancel my card.    Read moreIf I could give NO STARS, I would. They gave me fried rice for a steamed chicken and broccoli dinner when I told the the person has allergies. I called to ask for a different order and offered to give the wrong order back the woman told me they wonât I asked for a credit back on the card and they wouldnât!! Now I am stuck with a dish that no one will eat and out of money for it. Crooks. How could you run a restaurant and when a customer calls with a situation like mine, not rectify it?!
