I would have rated this place no stars, if possible. This is one of the worst experiences I ever had at Starbucks! I thought employees were supposed to be happy and hospitable towards their customers! I would have went to one closer to me, if they currently were not renovating the place. I originally attempted to go through the drive -thru, but they were only accepting cash, which happens sometimes, but at least the guys was friendly! The young girl "Anne" who was unfortunately the cashier, gave me nothing but attitude. All I ordered were 2 drinks! She was looking everywhere but my direction, when I was placing my order. She kept giving me an attitude because she was not paying attention to my order. She kept sighing, rolling her eyes and shaking her head, as if it was my fault she was entering the order improperly. She did not even offer me a receipt. I forgot to order my food because placing the order was such a difficult process. I just went somewhere else because I could not get out of there fast enough. Read moreCoffee shops used to be inviting places to sit, work, read, and drink coffee. This Starbucks is enormous: an old Wendys. A little money and imagination, and it would be a terrific place to hang. Unfortunately, whoever keeps the temperature at a crisp 62 and windy (strong blowing vents) probably played a role in the new renovations. Gone are the large comfortable leather chairs. In are the low-back wooden austere chairs. Larger table seats are replaced with chintzy light seats. No new plugs. Gone are the charger rings in the tables. Actually looks like there is less seating. I was hopeful when I saw they were updating, but sad to see what they did with the place. Before Covid, I was a regular seated customer. It is so uncomfortable now, it is unlikely...
Read moreHello had the most frustrating experience today at this location. Picked up one drink added another drink for a coworker. I received drinks one without a straw which was okay. Upon leaving I’m driving and realize that the trenta strawberry acai for my coworker was spilling all over my car a (tesla) due to cap not being put on properly. I called to speak to manager unfortunately she was who served me when i went through drive through. She basically said unfortunately because once we serve a drink there’s isn’t much we can do about it all i can do is notify top company that they are not working properly.
