Victors Pizza and Pasta House — Restaurant in Town of Huntington

An employee there fought with my mother who is a senior citizen because they got her order wrong. He fought and argued with her like a dog. He questioned her with a disrespectful tone as if she was on trial for simply telling this so-called restaurant that the order was prepared incorrectly and to prepare it correctly. Now, you’re on trial in the High Google Court of public opinion. I am finished with the bad, disrespectful attitude here. You will never see business from my family and friends again in the area. I am writing to Paul or whoever currently owns this faux restaurant. Your staff is beyond inappropriate and completely incompetent to be working in customer relations. You get the order completely wrong but that is our fault? You are going to scream and yell at a senior citizen like a punk? Unacceptable! What gives? How about listening to the customer and caring to get the order correct the first time? There are so many other Italian restaurants in the area that are not only superior but they don’t give me this kind of angry, rage filled attitude. This is a bad, glorified pizzeria. Order a buffalo chicken wrap, buffalo chicken roll & garlic knots.

Buffalo Wrap: Soggy as ever, couldn’t even hold it! Buffalo chicken is simply grilled chicken with some mild buffalo sauce. That’s not how you make it; should be chicken cutlet or fried chicken in buffalo sauce. Tasted bland, plus had black olives in it, yet no description when I ordered. Not only did I have to pick them out, I had no way of knowing (if allergic) and I’ve NEVER seen black olives in a buffalo wrap (anywhere on Long Island).

Buffalo Roll: Good size. This actually had the right kind of chicken in it. Tasted good. Too much cheese for a roll, in my opinion, but to each his own.

Garlic knots: Too dry. Especially since you don’t get any marinara sauce when you order a half dozen. Like, what? This is New York. I’ve never ordered garlic knots and not got marinara with them. I wouldn’t even mind so much if the knots weren’t dry. Butter & garlic solve that problem, but they missed the mark.

We ordered a Margarita pie, after being told 15-20 minutes. It took 45 minutes. We were do confused after 20 minutes they told us it would take another 20 minutes to let the pie cool down. When we finally received our pie, we were so confused what they served to us, it was cold and gross. The cheese was not melted, just cold hard blocks, and after eating the first slice, the cheese just fell off since it was not cooked. What got us, and we did not realize, they put balsamic vinegar on the pie, once we realized that we stopped eating it. Took the rest of the pie and gave it away. The vinegar with the sauce has messed up our stomachs, and it was like going through food poisoning. I was told the pizza was good here but now we know to never order a margarita here, to stay with the cheese pizza since it looked normal. Honestly, we would have preferred being told if the staff that night did not know how to make the pie, we were suspicious the minute it went beyond 20 min and then bring told it needed another 20...
