I was charged for double meat, even though I got 50% more. I scanned my app so I can use my birthday rewards, the free cookie and free 20oz drink, but was still charged for those items as well. Basically in total I was charged an extra 6 dollars for no reason. I noticed and reentered the store and the worker was not understanding at all and claimed that they charged 4 dollars for 50% more meat, but I knew that wasn’t possible because I’ve been here multiple times before and he’s has made my sandwich before as well and it’s always been 2 dollars, it’s also 2 dollars on the app, so why would it be 4, 4 is for double meat. Also the other two rewards that I had were charged and then he claimed that this location doesn’t do birthday rewards, but if I told him it’s scannable in the app then it should apply. He called his manager and was speaking to him in Hindi, not knowing that I could also understand him and was complaining and his manager told him I was right but all he offered me was a 2 dollar fountain drink. After what seemed like a comment from his supervisor or manager in another language, he abruptly stopped and came over to help me. From the start, he seemed visibly annoyed and uninterested in making my order. Throughout the process, he was rushing and didn’t show any willingness to provide good service. I had to repeatedly ask for more ingredients on my sandwich, and even then, the subs were lacking in filling — it honestly felt like we were eating mostly bread. Her response was "EXTRA WHAT"? Really? Your putting on cucumbers what do you think? Geez. I've noticed that many of the workers at Subway restaurants act like its coming out of their pockets.
