Great location and usually a great staff. We come here every weekend with our kid and usually the staff is quick and good at serving. All except one server who happened to be the only one working behind the counter today. Tonight was the second time we had one of the girls mess up our order 2 weekends in a row. Same server...long dark hair and tall. When someone orders a soft serve cone and you mess the order up maybe don't smash it in a cup and say oh well and refuse to redo it the right way. I didn't want to argue with her because it's the second time she's done it and it's the last for me. Obviously she's not trained well and or just can't learn how to make a cone. Either way....the customer shouldn't have to ask you to redo something that doesn't even resemble their order. It's too bad because that was our go to...will try another location. Tired of having the same problem over and over...

The first time I went here I had the best Cookies and Cream milkshake I’ve ever tasted. Since then, the milk shakes have never been as good. The only conceivable difference I noticed was the first time the owners were there and made the shake. I’ve noticed this with many ice cream places that hire only high school or college students. The students don’t care about making something good so they carelessly put it together to make an average or as I’ve experienced at this location a few times below average shakes. I hope ice cream store employees get more incentive to want to up their game making the best milk shakes possible. I am giving three stars today because of my first experience going here. That first time still was my favorite milkshake ever. I hope to be able to go here again to get a...
