Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Islip

First off I go to dunkin donuts on waverly everday.normally costs $8.47. Today I happen to have to go to this dunkin. I bought my 2 ice coffees with turbo shots and it cost me over $10. I was being charged per pump of caramel which I think is ridiculous. And then I asked the manager if I can have 2 Styrofoam cups to put my ice coffees in. I said "I will pay for them that's not a problem." The manager told me "No we count them you can't have it, or pay for it." So i took them and left . He proceeded to say something as I walked out. Simple as this I will never come to this Dunkin again, getting overcharged and given An attitude because I wanted just a Styrofoam cup... is not right or respectful for me. Every other Dunkin donuts I've one to which I go to a lot, Not one of them has given me a problem about getting my cup nor has Any of the other ones charge me per pump of caramel. Just silly. The Indian (or Pakistanian) man, who appears to be in his mid 50's and who works the late night to morning shift, is by far the most unprofessional, disrespectful and unsanitary food and beverage retail employee I have ever encountered. I will never do business with this establishment again and will proactively discourage all family, friends, associates and strangers to never do business with this particular Duncin Donuts establishment. I am going to file a complaint with the New York Suffolk County Health Department as soon as they open today to report the extremely unsanitary manner with which the above referenced employee handles the store's...

I spoke with the store manager Haq. He personally served me and I have to say it was a better experience than American Express or Apple the quality of service. I would have to give a10. He even offered a dozen donuts for free for me to take back to my job for the rest of my employees. The way he spoke to me I have to say it was unbelievable and made me feel like the good all days.
