I have been a loyal customer for what feels like a year already. I gave up coffee because I fell in love with the energy the teas gave me. My favorite tea is Captain America and my favorite shake is Lemon Sugar Cookie. Protein balls are amazing.

They come out with a lot of different flavors each season which keeps you on your toes and trying new things from time to time!

I’ve gone here 3 times, the first time I got a pecan pie protein shake and it was absolutely amazing. The second time I got rocky road and it was good, and I just went there this morning and I got a snickers protein shake, and like always it is fantastic! I definitely recommend east islip nutrition! The staff is incredibly nice and your shake is always made in a speedy manner....
