I went there on Saturday May 18th to get a giant sandwich. Usually I have a pretty decent experience with this location so I wasn’t expecting anything. I picked up my sandwich then went home. When I went to enjoy my sandwich there were some parts of it that did not have any meat on it. I had also asked for extra bacon and some parts had bacon where the other parts of my sandwich did not. I went to make a complaint using the app and was informed that I would receive a call within 2 business days. I did get the call but was unable to answer because I was at work. I called today and was left on hold for 20 mins. So I hung up thinking that they were busy and tried to call again. My phone was sent directly to voicemail, I just wanted to speak to someone. I understand that customer complaints can be very frustrating and I have had my fair share of incidents but I would have preferred to hear from someone. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone and being on the customer side of this scenario I don’t think it’s right how they handled it. Read moreBeen going to the Bay Shore location since it opened. The quality and order accuracy has gotten steadily worse over time. Our last order every part of the order was wrong. The Club sandwich only had turkey on it, literally nothing else. The Original Italian only had the meats and nothing else. The Cheese steak had the cheese put on top but not melted and had obviously less meat than usual. Such a shame, really like these sandwiches when they are made up to normal standards.
Update Took a chance and ordered again today (2/24/23). Order was delivered without the 2 bags of chips we ordered and paid for. Was able to get refund thought the delivery app, so just disappointing. Then my wife found a hair cooked into her Philly cheese steak. Such a shame, think we are...

I take out $100 bill to pay and I’m told sorry we do not except $100 bills and points to a sign on the register (that you can’t see when you’re ordering) I’m told to walk up and down to other stores that maybe can break the 100 for me!!!!! I go to tropical smoothie spend $6 she puts bill through scanner and hands me my change, no problem. To cheap to buy a scanner or have other ways to check for counterfeit. So the customer is inconvenienced? Then when I asked for the owners number I was told I can google it!! What a terrible way of doing business.
