KFC — Restaurant in Town of Islip

Terrible. Not only was the place dirty, but the chicken was dripping oil which went through the box, the bag, and on to the seat of the car. Went back inside and told them, it was not acceptable. They gave me extra crispy, which was also dripping oil. Got home and to the garbage it went. Could not dry it, and by then, it was all soggy. I had also ordered a big side of coleslaw and that too, to the garbage it went. In total, $20 wasted. Never again. KFC should inspect their franchises. This location shouldn’t be open. The door was so dirty, i had to use my shirt to open it. And by the way, the chicken I returned was placed back on the rack. That alone should be against...

Just bought some tonight.. Absolutely disgusting.. I noticed they have a case behind the register with seemingly good looking food.. Yet they went to get mine from the back.. I swear it didn't even look like the proper cuts of chicken.. Soggy greasy and disgusting... I think they actually rushed through and nuked it to finish cooking rapidly... They are absolutely ignorant, sloth like and look like they are angry because they have to actually move around and do their job.. 20 dollars down the drain.. Threw the whole disgusting mess in the garbage.. And i was absolutely starving.. I hope they shut them down.. I really have to start driving the extra miles and...

The location is not like it used to be. It once airy, bright and seemed clean. However on the day of my most recent visit (after several years of not going), it looked neglected and in need of a deep cleaning. There was also an off putting odor. The food was pricy too.... Understanding that prices for almost everything has increased, the prices there seemed very expensive in comparison to the type, and quality of the food. Their famous bowl is tasty and reasonably priced, but I'd suggest most grocery store fried chicken...
