A nice pizza place, it is hit and miss on if you think its good or not. You have a variety of ways to order, you can dine-in, carry out, order by the slice. Now, as many people have said, its a bit over priced. You have to really know what you love and order it to keep your prices down. I wouldn't eat there, their drink prices are super high for the small drinks you get, so always carry out just exactly what you want and buy the rest somewhere else. I made the mistake the first time of ordering a large drink with my pizza, came in a small cup and was super high priced. Never again.
Now for their pizza. Again, if you know what to get its amazing. But some of the pizza is so-so. I go there only for their Buffalo Chicken pizza pie, which is the best i have ever found. I go out of my way to get it. Their stuffed meat pizza is good also, but way to much dough. If you order it, make sure you have some type of dipping sauce at home, like garlic butter, etc and you will really enjoy it. Their tomato basil pizza is excellent also, if you want no meat, this is the pizza to get. Now, some of their other pies aren't so good. Their basic pizza has sauce that tastes like tomato soup, not pizza sauce. If i wanted tomato soup i would buy tomato soup. Not a good taste on pizza. I would skip their white pizza and a few others.
So, a good place to get a pizza but make sure to just get your food you like there and buy your drinks/side orders elsewhere for much cheaper. Try their Buffalo Chicken Pizza, a must have. Specialty pizza are about 25 dollars, one size, very large. Drinks are way to...
Read morecould be the making of a decent pizzaria, but my brother works in the area and suggested us to go eat here ,i'm from howard beach and have worked in many pizzerias most of my life, the first thing is the young girl who greets you is probably the owners granddaughter, she was sweet but not very knowledgeable. i came to get the mock pizza of l&b in brooklyn spumoni gardens upside down slice my brother rants and raves about it, sso i went in and. all the pizzas in the display were all dried out and cold, there was only one mock slice left and the greaseball behind the counter with no people skills took a sicilian slice that was already dry and hard and. added a little sauce and parmigiano cheese and baked it and made it even more unbearable. i commented that i was not going to pay for it and asked when he was going to make a new pie and. he gave me a baad smirk and walked away, the other guy should have taken over and. corrected the lazy bastids low work ethic, and i could not believe it was so busy in the place, people would not stop coming in.
delusional italian americans with no food taste at all or drunk irish and jewish pill popping blue plate special elders dining here, i was desperate and ate what the greaseball gave me paid and got indigestion shortly after. if you think this is good pizza you need to come to my town and. experience real pizza, not this...
Read moreHave spent tens of thousands over the past 10+ years from our family between regular outings and parties. Understand its tough to find good help these days. Lost my families business forever today. Poor communication between staff and pompous attitude. They've successfully reached a point where they have developed and F U attitude towards customers. Money and service is not nearly as important anymore.
It is true that many customers are pesky. Often times customers are a handful and out of turn, but once in a the business really makes an inconvenient mistake and should own up to it properly. Just stinks when you spend a handful of money and helped build their business up when it likely really mattered a lot more to them years back only to be treated like a burden...
Going to support someone smaller going forward, and will be letting my colleagues know to go elsewhere going forward as well. You asked for the bad review, and you got your first one...
