Tonight’s service was beyond disappointing. I called for a pick up order at 8:33pm on 5/31/25 to which we start with a name and phone number. The phone service on their end was horrible, but I finished giving the employee my order and asked him to repeat the order back to me since he was having a lot of difficulties understanding. After he repeated the order I confirmed he said it right and the call just kept cutting off so I put it upon myself to call back at 8:36pm and make sure he has the order and actually puts it in. The same employee “Frank” answered the call apologized and said ok I’m putting in the order now and that was the end of the call again. Frank did not mention how much we needed to wait but I assumed around 30 minutes since it’s a Saturday night. We get there after 30 minutes to pick up the order tell the host and she doesn’t come back to my husband until 10 minutes later to tell him there’s no order for James. At this point the manager comes and just tells him “sorry, there’s no order in; if you want I can put the order in now.” Really? That’s it? I mean that is no way of making the situation right. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry and retail industry and sometimes a blank apology is not enough. Your employee Frank did not do his part in calling us back if he had any doubt on the order, I did; and if there was any questions he should’ve called back to confirm isn’t that why you ask for a name and phone number? Just beyond disappointing and frustrating especially when as a customer I was more than diligent when it came to making sure your employee Frank understood and got the order. Management should’ve done better to compensate...
