On a hot muggy day I fancied something cold and I happen to come across Sam’s Coffee Lounge (which is situated in the Finger Lakes Premium Outlets).

We came across the owner Sanjiv who greeted us warmly with a beaming smile.He was super friendly, very informative and made some suggestions as I was stuck on what to have!

Sanjiv recommended the Vanilla Caramel Chiller. One word DELICIOUS! I particularly liked the fact that it wasn’t sickly sweet. Made just as I like it.

Superb coffee and superb customer service.

I don’t stop at the mall too often but this place is a must when I go! Run by two guys who seriously know what they’re doing when it comes to the customers. I have never felt more welcomed than I have at this place. I come here maybe once a month, max, yet the owner still remembers who I am and makes a point to check in with me.
