Ive been to this Starbucks many times as it's the closest one to me and I go by it every time I go west on the NYS Thruway. Never had a problem till yesterday. We ordered the drinks my wife and daughter always get and we could see immediately that my wifes looked very wrong. When we tried to tell the girl at the window that she insisted it was made right. So we took it and pulled away. We both tasted it and OMG, I don't know how to put into words what it tasted like. One of the worst tastes I've ever experienced. Clearly she forgot an ingredient or had too much or too little of something. So I said was returning it. But unfortunately I couldn't back up or turn around to go back to the window cause it was one-way. So i just parked at the curb and walked, in the rain, back to the window cause it was much closer than going inside. When I got to the window I was met with an incredible amount of belligerence from the employee that made the drink, Gabby. She said she make a new one but Clearly didn't want to and was still insistant that there was nothing wrong with the first one. I told her she was being rude and she said I was rude which she's in the wrong business if she thought I was rude. I then tried to say that if she could taste the first one she'd know that it was all wrong. But she interrupted me and said I shouldn't be walking up to the window. Walked in with a baby on my hip and was only the 2nd person in line so was hopeful thatād Iād be in and out quickly. Cashier very obviously didnāt want to be there and didnāt seem to care when she walked away that customers could see her off to the side making faces. When a separate cashier approached to take my order, she was very kind and sweet, and appeared to possibly be new.
I ordered my usual iced latte but was not a fan that while ordering, I was unable to see my order as it was being typed in. If this was the case, I would have been able to notify the cashier that she typed in my latte incorrectly. I didnāt know until my drink and sandwich came, that the latte was incorrect.
I immediately grabbed the attention of the woman that made the coffee and simply said that that was not what I ordered and asked if it could please be remade. She snatched the coffee away very visibly annoyed and minutes later gave me a latte as white as pure milk and walked away before I could say anything else.
Ended up there for 20 min and the coffee I received was iced milk. When I got home I checked my app to see that I was also charged for an entirely wrong sandwich that was...

Mine was fine, but my momās Lavender Chai was clearly made incorrectly, as it looked nothing like the photo and when both of my parents tried it , they said it tasted horrible and nothing like it was supposed to. My dad went back to the window and politely explained the situation, where the employee, Gabby, responded with rudeness and would not own up to the fact that she had made it wrong, as she had insisted when we initially pointed it out that it was made correctly. Gabby berated my dad for his civil complaints and for walking up to āherā window, as if that erases the fact that it was incorrect, and as if she owned the location and drive-thru. I think Gabby needs training on how to treat customers and act with integrity instead of resentment when she makes mistakes that are...
