McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Lancaster

If i could rate this at a negative I would! How utterly disappointed i was 2 go here using their drive-thru around 11:10pm this past Thursday. I ordered 2 meals & a 6 pc chicken nugget for my dog whose 3rd birthday was also this day. The dog was with us & as we get handed our food the bag is over stuffed unable 2 be closed i handed cashier my $ (mind you he kept the open bag of food hanging out window (in the cold weather) until I paid for order. I handed bag to my friemd i tried 1 of the fries while waiting for receipt & shocker they were cold & tasted old as if they had sat under heat lamp most the day. I politely asked cashier 2 drop fresh fries as these were pretty cold & tasted old. He had SERIOUS ATTITUDE & SAID IT WAS MY FAULT THEY WERE COLD AS IT TOOK ME A MINUTE ( LITERALLY) TO COUNT MY CASH & HAND IT OVER -HE BLAMED THAT ON ME AAYIN THATS WHY FRIES WERE COLD. HE SHUT WINDOW & CAME BK 30 SECONDS LATER HANDED ME SAME BAG SAME EXACT FRIES I TRIED 1 & EVEN WORSE! I SAID TO THE KID LISTEN NOT 4 NOTHING BUT THESE ARE ABSOLUTELY NOT FRESH. HIS RESPONSE & I QUOTE WAS "THEYRE FRESHER THAN THEY WERE " I ASKED HIM WHAT THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO MEAN ASKED 4 MANAGER THEN MANAGER TOOK EMPLOYEES SIDE SAYING THEY WERE FRESHER THAN B4!! I WAS FURIOUS BY THIS TIME AS 1 WAS LYING & THE OTHER WAS SWEARING TO IT! THE MANAGER WAS TRYING TO HAND ME $$ BACK FOR THE FRIES WHEN I TOLD THEM I WANTED FRESH FRIES NOT MY $ BACK! FINALLY I PULLCOFF TO THE RIGHT SIDE 2 WAIT & I CAN SEE THE EMPLOYEE ARGUING WITH CO WORKER STATING HE WAS NOT GOING 2 TAKE THE FRIES OUT TO OUR CAR! THEY YELLED OUT ORDER WINDOW THAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE AT THE DARK WINDOW UP AGEAD NOT OFF 2 THE SIDE. SAID THEY WOULD T COME OUT THERE 2 BRING FRIES I HAD 2 MOVE WHEN WE WERENT TOLD 2 GO 2 THAT WINDOW 2 WAIT AS IT WAS DARK! I MOVED MY VEHICLE 2 DARK WINDOW & THE VIDEO IVE ATTACHED IS HOW THIS ENDED. My buddy and I coulda went anywhere to grab a decent meal but we choose McDonald’s and we wished we didn’t… He got a 10 piece chicken nugget with a fry and I got a crispy chicken sandwich with a fry. And before I go any further, we don’t usually have this food a lot but once and a while so we thought why not. I know the crispy chicken sandwich and kinda cheap for a couple bucks but usually it’s actually pretty good but can’t say that this time… Our meal cost about $23. We were excited to eat and let’s just say my “crispy meal was disappointing…. The chicken tasted rubbery, and not cooked at all. I could barely eat half of my meal before I had to spit it out… and my friend said his chicken nuggets tasted like cardboard and barley had any taste…. Buyers beware!! My husband purchased 2 Mcflurrys at this McDonald's and was charged $10.85. That's more than double the price. I googled the Mcflurrys price and was given a price for one at $2.39. I contacted Corporate and filed a complaint. Owners are able to set their prices but the person I spoke with agreed that more than doubling the price was outrageous. So before you decide to Visit this McDonald's check the pricing in the area and I guarantee that this McDonald is way overpriced. I filed a complaint and am waiting to hear from the owners corporation board. Dairy queen is cheaper and much better tasting. I will never visit this location again!!! They don't even deserve the 1 star I gave them!! This isn't the first time I have had issues there either. Never again will I visit...
