Longshots Sports Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Town of Lansing

No one greets you, take whatever seat you like. No sign at front to indicate if we are supposed to 'Wait to be seated' or otherwise. Waitress was inattentive and forgot us twice (Long periods of time). Didn't see her for about 30mins and she just walks out the door with her keys and dinner. She didn't tell anyone in her section she was leaving. This was absolutely the deal breaker for us...such a terrible job.

Food was 'ok'

Wings decent, pizza absolutely flavorless and burnt. Using frozen sheet pizza shells? It was bad. Fountain drinks tasted weird, not sure what that was about. Prices ok.

Service: Took 45mins to get order out to us. Drinks sat empty at the edge of the table. Waitress walked by many times and never stopped in to refill. Table next to us had order forgotten and she didn't bring utensils.

If you want to say "ITS JUST A BAR" fire the waitress and I would expect way less. You have waitress/waiter its a restaurant.

Overall the front end staff suck...and put some...

Just went out to eat at Longshots in Ithaca NY, took my coworkers there after a long Hard day of traffic control.

It was absolutely fantastic food!! Wings were perfect 👌 & perfectly seasoned

Our burgers 🍔 were cooked to order and as requested, great tasting & not too much grease .

Staff was friendly & prompt with service,

I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and at thier prices your far better off visiting Longshots for supper than any fast food chain restaurant in the area , you won't be hungry after a meal at Longshots!!

I'm from the DMV and know what to expect when it comes to cheese steak subs. I grew up 90 min from Philly. When this sub hit the table, I was like WTH is this?? Steak on bread???
