Worst dining experience ever. I went for lunch Saturday around 12.30 p.m. on February 19th, 2022. My server, Chang Jiang ignored my table since I dined alone. She continued to refill water glasses for all tables around me , skipping my table completely. Diners who came in after me got their orders, while I waited for over a half hour and never got my salad that comes with lunch. I ordered the filet mignon hibachi lunch special that is listed for $12.95 . After not receiving nothing but the soup by 2 p.m., I finally got up and told my server to just bill me for the soup. She said oh it’s almost ready . I told her I to just get it to go. When I finally got my lunch to go , the order was wrong. There was no dipping sauce with the order and no fried rice that I had ordered. She did replace the plain rice for fried rice, but told me they no longer serve dipping sauce, but other diners had it on their tables. The final kicker was when I got the bill . I paid cash to avoid their 3/1/2% service charge, but was charged this fee anyway and the menu price for my entree was billed for $14.95, not the menu price of $12.95. I would not recommend this place to anyone who expects a pleasant...

ZERO STARS!!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!! I had a grubhub gift card so I placed an order for pickup on their app. I then arrive to grab the order about 20 minutes later and was told that there’s no order for me and that they do not partner with grubhub. She said right before I arrived, someone from grubhub had called them and they were told to cancel the order. How do you not partner with grubhub when your entire menu, store hours, info etc is all up there? So now not only have I arrived to be told that the order that was supposed to be ready this entire time was never prepared, they tell me that if I want the order I have to pay them separately and start a completely new order. It wasn’t until after I already arrived and tried retrieving the order that I received any communication from grubhub that the order had been canceled. Big yikes. Unless you want to be double charged and scammed before your very eyes, avoid this place...

So I went there before I looked at the review of this place. When I see people say it's expensive or has bad hygiene, I think the opposite. Because when I was there they had clean tables and chairs. The place felt very traditional with statues and designs all over the walls. When people said it was expensive I felt it was cheaper because I live in New York City and one platter of sushi is actually around $20 and they don't even serve a lot. Also, I saw people talking about how long it took for their food it didn't take a long time the only thing that was bad was the lighting in my personal preference but everything was nice and I would recommend it to people who enjoy Chinese and...
