Triphammer Marketplace is a decent place to go if you are trying to go to Ithaca bakery or one of the specialty stores there. However, it is not the nicest place anymore. It was originally one of the main shopping centers in the area, but now it is more run-down than anything else. It only has a few stores remaining, and while they are kept up and have some good things, it is not a very enjoyable place to go shopping. The best things it has to offer are the Ithaca Bakery, and the liquor store. The Ithaca Bakery setting is great with lots of seating. Read moreI went to a store called Re-Use. It's more than a thrift store - It's a reclamation center. There were two sections - one for furniture and clothing, the other a bunch of stuff including housewares, sporting goods, appliances that work (someone fixes them), picture frames, crafting supplies, hardware, electronics, office supplies, musical instruments... just a TON of stuff! All of it was reclaimed - about to be thrown in the dump.
