BEWARE THE STAFFS, I ORDERED VENTI GREEN TEA FRAP BUT THEY GIVE ME GRANDE SIZE AND STILL FIGHT WITH ME, IT HAPPENED 2 TIMES
First of all, here are the size options: tall (12 ounces), grande (16), venti (24), and trenta (31)
I ordered venti green tra frapp but they give me grande size and still fight with me. I told them, that is grande sive not venti but they still make a statement seriously, that's venti. Actually, I am a gold member since 2011 - now is 2015 I never see some thing like this before and they do that in purpose. That's what I don't like. It's unfaithful for your career and for your customers.
It was happenned to me twice, the first one was in October 2013, and the other one was in Febuary 2015 from 3 different barisstas. I tell everyone just to beware, and next time if I will order any drink from this location, I will bring the tumbler my own.
One more thing, one time in 2013 I ordered red ice tea, trenta size, one of the barissta try to save cost by put less red tea and and more ice water to try to save cost for the ice tea which is taste too flat for the expensive price.
And one of the barissta overcharged me again for the refilled for the second ice tea for gold card member. It was happened 3 times for the same lady that intended to give me the wrong size of Grean tea frepp in October 2013.
In general, this location not produced any good quality of Starbucks, always let customer wait for too long, dirty table, food shelf and snacks very dusty and look very dirty, never refilled any half and half milk, never refilled sugar or napkin or handle sleeve. Beverages does not tasty, always taste flat and for regular hot coffee, they're always out of regular hot coffee and let customer wait for too long like 10 minute for brew the new one.

I told her those cups were too small for what I needed, and that I needed a water from Starbucks because it also has a lid. I was willing to pay for the cup, no problem.
