I was a bit disappointed 😞. I'm from out of town driving Amish. I thought I'd try a local mom and pop's place for breakfast. I was going to go to the Penn Yan diner but there was no parking and seemed too busy. So I saw Angels family restaurant down the road and went there instead. Only a few diners. Clean. Staff was friendly. I ordered coffee, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage patty. No toast or home fries because I'm doing keto. The coffee wasn't the best. The bacon was extremely thin and barely any flavor. The eggs tasted like they were cooked in old grease and were floating in it. The sausage was ok. I couldn't finish the eggs because of the taste. The bill was $10. I still left a good tip because I used to be a waitress and it's not her fault. Service was good.
