I’m a daily Dunkin customer. Normally it’s complaint free. However, since the manager has been out on disability it has gone downhill. Yesterday three employees were around drive thru window, I ordered frosted donuts which I have always asked to be placed in a box, they usually just throw them in a bag and the frosting sticks to the bag. They have the boxes for a reason right?…. The one employee was talking shit when I approached the window mimicking how I would like them in a box. I let it go. But this morning, the same three employees again. I was given my donut and proceeded to sit there and wait over 4 minutes for my coffee. All three employees stood there chatting and laughing. One of the employees Approached the window and asked me “what do you want?” I said I would like my coffee please. She’s like you didn’t get your coffee????? No one even made it. I live and die on good customer service. Twice in a row, same employees. Sadly I will probably not return to Dunkin. Read moreMy whole order was a mess, I ordered a bagel with cream cheese toasted well it wasn’t toasted and had enough cream cheese for about three bites. My sausage egg and cheese croissants were damn near raw and cold. I ordered 4 coffee’s all were far from what I ordered. 3 tasted like pure water with some hints of coffee flavor turtle iced coffee tasted like pure water and had no toppings as listed. My salted Carmel cold brew had non of the listed toppings and had no flavor of salted Carmel and it wasn’t cold brew it was a regular coffee and they added some cream I think, it tasted of chemicals. Everyone in the car tasted it and said worst coffee they ever tasted. I hope someone can contact me as I tried to call the number listed on the receipt and on the website and it goes to a disconnect message. Convenient way to let your customers know when they have an issue. I am very displeased that I spent 30.00 on food and coffee and none of it was able to be consumed…. Highly disappointed...

We ordered ahead of time via the mobile app, upon approaching the window he handed us 1 of 5 items ordered. We stated that we had additional items that we ordered, he left with an attitude (eye roll) and came back with 2 more of the items. We asked about the other 2 missing items and he again rolled his eyes with attitude and walked away to get the additional items. He didn’t have any customer service skills at all, no thank you, no apologies, it was apparently the customer’s fault that he didn’t read and double check the details of an order...
