Mark's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Town of Milo

I was not pleased with the service tonight I bought dinner for my Family as a surprise and it turned out lousy work hard for my money and it wasn't worth the 64 dollars it costs not pleased at all. Food was burnt wings were over cooked no pride in the staff at all. Cody the manager was quite rude to my Mom too and whiney said that he is being nice and we didn't see it that way wanted him to understand what good customer service is all about and all he did was hang up on me it's like dude you gotta be a great leader or get out of the kitchen. My Family and I have decided to not ever eat at this place ever again in the near future it was a huge disapoment. Had something to celebrate and it was totally ruined by the lack of confidence the food is going down hill there are better options out there spend time away from my Family and I wanted tonight to be perfect was hoping for a different outcome going to bed sad at poor service and poor food. I work at the hospital in town, and my coworkers and I order food from here every week. Every week, the order is wrong. Sometimes completely wrong, sometimes just missing one or two things. We continue to order here because of the slim selection in town. Last night not only was our order wrong, but my card was charged 3 times. I paid about $35 dollars for a salad that was not even what I ordered. The manager, Mitch, voided one of the salads. Then proceeded to argue with me over the phone about refunding my money for the other two... A salad that I didnt order and a salad that didnt exist. When I went to the location (where Mitch kindly "waited for me even though he's off the clock") he finally refunded my card but it will take 2-3 business days for the money to go back on the card! I'm down almost $40 until it shows back up (still waiting) because of this place. It wouldn't have been so bad if he didn't have the audacity to argue with me because of their mistake and try to tell me he wouldn't give me a full refund at first. Never...

On Saturday 8/29/15 I ordered a two pizzas and bread sticks at 8:15 pm it showed it was out for delivery at 8:45 pm, it never arrived until 9:45 pm. They also charged me 70 cents for an extra blue cheese. I only received one package of blue cheese. I called Mark's Pizzeria and told them that I ordered two packages of blue cheese and only received one, they told me they would send another blue cheese to me and they never did. I'll be buying my pizza from Pizza Hut...
