So i can safely say i can give this store an excellent review from the tire center to shopping in the club as well. So i went there and forgot my BJs card, my daughter simply asked a representative by the name of Yvonne (who was standing at the podium in the store) if she can lookup our number so we can finish shopping which is normal for them to do, Yvonne told my daughter āNOā and we need to go to customer service to get membership. Btw i do have membership so we went to customer service and got my membership number and continued to complete our shopping experience. I confronted the rep and asked her what was her reasoning to be so rude and disrespectful to my daughter, there was no need for that (btw the store has cameras) and she denied it not even speaking to my daughter, meanwhile i was standing next to her. My teenager felt she was doing something innocent to help out and here we go, and adult who clearly jumped to conclusion. I certainly hope someone from the club see this review. I will NEVER give this store a lesser review than 5 stars because they deserve it, manager Gorge has met many expectations Iāve encountered with him and his encounter with other customers too. āMoral of this story listen to your young adults too they just want...

I had mentioned to him how I had went to my local warehouse in Pelham Manor, and how the line just to get in was sooooo long like Iāve never seen it so bad. I figured by time I got inside Iād have a hard time finding anything and thatās exactly what happened. They said girl we go to bjs and thereās no lines no shortage of foods or products. I took one day packed my snack bag and played my music and punched n the address on my waze app, which I advise not to use waze especially if your driving from far, cause it will take you the longest way and scary at that. But after driving almost 2 hours from the bx I reached my destination and waallah just as they said. I was only sad to have been alone cause it was the most amazingthing to experience no lines no crazy people oh it was the most amazing day Iāve had in a long time. It was empty no lines not crows at all Everything I needed I got!! So yes yes sorry for the long review but Iām so happy I took that long drive. Iām heading back this Friday but this time with my husband also gona hit Walmart while Iām there.. GOD BLESS YOU ALL DURING THIS COVID PANDEMIC...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI would like to submit a complaint about the lack of professionalism and bad treatment my husband and my baby received on 9/5/2024 at around 12 noon. On this day my husband went to BJs to get some of our groceries. He was pushing the cart with the items in it while he also cared for our 6-month-old baby girl. Upon arrival to the register, he pulls out his phone and proceeds to use his virtual card. The BJs member (cashier) quickly denied the use of "a picture" and asked him to show his physical card. We DO NOT have physical cards, we use the app and virtual card all the time. My husband asked the team member to please let him check out as our baby was starting to cry. The team member denied it and my husband had to walk out empty handed with a crying baby. Is this the kind of customer service we should expect from team members in Monroe? This is a very family oriented town, how could you have zero empathy towards a man who walks in to the registers with a crying baby and send him home with no groceries? SHAME ON YOU. I would like to get my money back for this membership and we deserve more for this...
