Not Recommend Service Could have been much better Coffee was Hot Vanilla Cream Donuts Were all Smashed We were disappointed when we tried to order hot butter cookie coffee and they told us they only have the cold brew and no cold hot brew like they were annoyed that we even asked (being sarcastic, that's not very professional to make fun of customers) we've had the hot cookie butter coffee at other dunkin stores. We ordered the Moch Mint hot coffee and it was disgusting, not sweet at all, we also ordered a large original hot coffee triple cream & triple sugar, well the cream was there however there was no sugar. We ask why were all the Vanilla cream Donuts Smashed like someone sat on them or just squeezed them in their hands the staff member replied "that's just how they came off the truck", bot sure why they would accept them in such screwed up condition 🤔 where's the...

This is by far the worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been too. Their customer service is so bad and they are very rude. They mess up on the orders Everytime I go their and they never want to fix it. I was even told one time it’s a loss on them to remake the drink for me. If you mess up on my order it should be remade and with no problem. I had multiple drinks I was picking up and I asked for a bag and the associate REFUSED to give me a bag and gave me an attitude I asked what her name was and she REFUSE to give me her name. I asked her fellow coworker and his name is Gabriel what her name was and he REFUSED to give me her name as well. I will never go to this location again and it’s a shame because i honestly order from them almost everyday and I will never ever go to this...

I just left the Dunkin’ Donuts store at Shopping Center, 791 NY-17, Monroe, NY 10950. There were 2 women working, the younger of the 2 was extremely rude as soon as I and my children walked into the place at 8:27pm. She immediately yelled in our direction “we don’t have any donuts” ok I get that. But my daughter wanted the Barbie drink. So I asked the other associate and the original rude worker yells “we are getting ready to clean ice machine, NO” I said but you guys close at 9pm and it’s not even 8:30pm.
