So, I have been going to this Dunkin for years almost on a daily basis… at the age of 55 Dunkin considered that senior citizen, and I am 59 almost 60 years old now. I also am a member of AARP and I could only get a 10% discount on anything under $10… so they lose money there as it is and March 8th I was told they can no longer give me a discount. I said keep your coffee and left. Another Dunkin had previously given me a hard time by telling me I wasn’t a senior just by looking at me and refused to give me my discount. When I called customer service that was then rectified. This time customer service told me it was up to the individual store. I loved some of the workers there, most of them are sweet hearts and I hardly ever complained even though so many times I would leave and something was wrong with my order. So needless to say, they have lost an everyday regular customer over a 10% discount for a senior citizen, which I am! I was waiting for a person to come cash me out the guy at the register goes what are you waiting for rudely. On from there he takes my money cashes me out throws the money that's returned back at me. Says oh we don't have that doughnut then made us pick something else instead of saying that at the speaker so we didn't order it. Lastly the strawberry lemonade refresher was tea. So instead of saying that they don't have any lemonade they gave us a drink without even knowing if we are allergic to the ingredients then when called out says oh we are out of that lemonade not impressed. I'm contacting my lawyer for the employee not making sure we had allergies to that specific drink(tea) as you can see it's tea...
Read moreI went with my aunts to get some coffee and then some donuts for my grandparents. We mobile ordered and when we got to the window my aunt says “mobile order for …” she cuts us off and says go to the window. We then get to the window and the girl at the window says “is it just the two coffees? We don’t have the receipt.” My aunt says “no” and then the girl roles her eyes and huffs and says “Well what else is there?” with her voice raised. We told her there were three donuts and then we got the donuts in the bag with them just thrown in there… now the chocolate on the Boston crème donut is all over and on the glazed donut (wouldn’t be that mad if they were nice). Anyway this Dunkin is the worst I’ve been to and as a huge Dunkin fan I’m very disappointed. Very rude customer service. I would avoid this...
