My family and I decided to try this place out for the first time. We called and made sure they were still accepting orders for carry-out. Once they said they were, we ordered four entrees and two appetizers. When we arrived, we picked up two bags of food. We started for home and 20 minutes into the drive, 10 min away from home, we received a call from the restaurant saying they forgot to give us an entree and an appetizer. They asked if we wanted to come back or get a refund. We decided to go back since an entree was missing, as opposed to only an appetizer missing. When we returned, they gave me the appetizer but not the entree. So I went back in and asked for the entree, but the worker said I should have it. I told her that the worker who called said I was missing an entree too. She then asked where the food was. I told her it was in my car, to which she rudely replied, âGet it.â Which made me feel like she was accusing me of lying. So I brought all the food back in, and she dug through it and said it was all in there. So we left and drove home, arriving an hour later than we intended. Starving, we sat down to eat. Both appetizers (all 4 spring rolls) were ripped. They didnât provide any sauce for the pho. They put mint into everything, which was unusual and did not taste good. The pho was bland. The pork chop was tough and mostly bone. The portions are also small. I would give negative stars if I could. Iâll die before eating...

Assuming that it is the whole family working the restaurant, everybody was awesome. Quick service and quick delivery of food, very friendly. Got multiple double-taps from different people to make sure I was taken care of.
Unfortunately, I wasn't feeling super hungry when I went so I didn't order multiple items like I normally do.. with that being said, I LOVED the pho (I tried eye round with brisket). The broth was actually super rich and flavorful, and the bowl was actually really big. The ONLY reason I gave it a 4 star is because I think for the price (14.50, which is about 2 dollars above average depending on the city and state your in) they at least needed to add more noodle, and personally a little more side items like the bean sprouts. I think the meat amount was probably good (although I wouldn't complain about an extra slice), but I was mainly searching for more noodles after a few bites. If you add more noodles and a little extra on the side toppings, I think it would be a 5 star for me all the way.
I definitely recommend and I will be happy to return in any future trips...

For the chicken dish, I typically get fried rice and an egg on top, and it's much better than with just white rice! Unfortunately, there have been times where the chicken has cartilage, but that's the result of using dark meat. Some of the other food is generic, such as the spring rolls and the pork dumplings; but they're enjoyable, nonetheless.
For those unfamiliar with pho, if you get it to go, you will be given a raw piece of meat that you must cook yourself since the boiling-hot broth is what cooks the meat. Be warned!
Service: The service is generally good, but sometimes there can be misunderstandings, especially when ordering over the phone as a result of the language barrier. In addition, sometimes they forget to give my family and I the broth that comes with our grilled chicken dishes.
Since I have not yet eaten in the new location, I can't say much about the atmosphere.
In summary, the food is pretty good, though there are some inconsistencies; and the service is decent. My family and I still order to go from here mainly for lunch. It's worth...
