I brought my phone to get repaired at screensavers. I originally brought my phone in Monday morning, and the guy with neck tattoos told me that he didn’t have the right parts for my phone so I would have to wait until the next day to come and get my phone. I spent 5 hours in this store the next day, and they told me it would only be 30 minutes when I arrived at 10 am. They continued throughout the entire day telling me it would be another 30 minutes. After I sat there for 5 hours the guy working on my phone who spoke zero English told me that my phone needed more parts. I then talked to the manger on the phone he told me they would refund me after I sat there for 5 hours and my phone still was not fixed. Throughout the 5 hours I sat there, there were multiple other customers coming in and the guy there was telling them it would be only 30 minutes when I had been sitting there and my phone wasn’t close to being done. When I got home there were lines going through my screen which previously had no issues, and my cellular data was not working which had never happened prior to bringing my phone there. The front screen was also not placed in my phone correctly so it was popping out of place. I then went back on today, Wednesday and the guy with neck tattoos took my phone to put a different screen on. When he came back he told me that it was a motherboard issue after that not being a problem before I brought it into this place, and he told me he was unable to fix it. This place is extremely unprofessional and the people who work there are very rude. I do not recommend going here under any circumstances. They are lying thieves. My phone is completely unusable after originally going in there because my battery wasn’t working. They completely stole the parts on my phone that were good and replaced them with junk parts off of broken phones. This place is an absolute disgrace...

Outstanding service 👏 They are cordial, timely and professional. I didn't meet the owner as he was in the workshop repairing devices. The young man in the front was so Amazing and knowledgeable as well as diligent with the quote and ran everything by the owner as we spoke. My device was restored and returned within a matter of hours for the price quoted by the owner and the front service technician. My device was in better condition than it was even better than it was when factory new. Though it was only months old I had no warranty because of where I purchased it. I am thrilled that I didn't have to undergo the agony of returning it to the company for service that would have taken time and possibly loss of data that runs three of my business ongoing seven years. Literally took 2 months for all of my data to transfer when I switched providers as it was. This company has saved me so much more than words and time can explain. Last year I had to have my Samsung s10 cell phone glass repaired twice. The first time I did not get the added protection for the phone. Needless to say I dropped the phone and ofcourse the screen shattered. I took the phone back and had it repaired again, but this time I got the screen protector which was supposed to be warrantied for a year. If any damage or cracks to screen before year was out, screensavers stated emphatically that they would repair and replace my phones screen. 6 months later the glass on the cell phone began to shatter and crack. When I told screensavers, they said that I would have to pay an upfront fee of $330 dollars to have the phone repaired.
