So we decided to try some place new tonight and we chose Core Eatery.
There were some plusses and some minuses.
First, the menu is harder to understand than Euclidean Geometry! If you go to their website to browse their menu, there are many things not listed, so you really need to use a delivery app to see what they currently offer...if you're getting it delivered, of course.
I had a bowl, and I will start by saying that everything was very fresh...a definite plus. The portion was also decent for the price. However, I will echo some other reviews noting the sheer lack of proteins considered a "standard" order. I would have liked the protein to base (tofu to cabbage in this case) ratio a little more even. Unfortunately the same was a little worse for the Chicken Cobb wrap. The lack of chicken was quite disappointing. It was a tortilla loaded with lettuce, a little bit of everything else and ended up tasting like, yep... a tortilla with lettuce. Nothing else could be tasted at all. The dressing didn't make it in the delivered order. It wasn't completely eaten. Half way through, I dug through the lettuce to pick out the non-leafy ingredients and the rest was left behind.
We also had the sweet potatoes and Mac and cheese...both very good. My wife is a Mac n cheese snob, and she said it was pretty good.
Unfortunately as a grubhub order, there were a few extras that were not included in our delivery...tortilla strips and some dressings. It's a common issue with a lot of places and I've said it before...the ONLY rule in take out is to make sure that everything ordered is there. I didn't really bother with asking grubhub to refund these things...the couple of dollars back doesn't quite make up for not having the items included as ordered. I'm not going to ding them too much on that, but take out orders need to be correct...ours was 95% correct.
So overall, I thought the food was ok to good. I'm not sure I would ever order a wrap again, but the bowls were good. You roll the dice when having it delivered with many places, and you can't really blame the deliverer. We might be back when looking for something a little lighter for dinner. So, I rated it as...

I stopped even taking food home at the end of the day due to the things I had seen and heard about. They love to LIE about their bone broth and laugh about it instead of be honest and change their signage.. It is hot tap water mixed with a broth concentrate that comes in a box. There is no bone to this broth, we read the ingredients list. They do not clean the mixed greens, so people have often found a bug in their salads containing mixed greens. Just warning you because I'd wish someone would warn me. It's tasty food but the handling should be better. Update: place has only changed for the better especially as of late. I hadn't been here in months, and upon arriving the workers were all loading up and freshening the toppings. They look even more quality than before maybe due to there being such a good amount of everything ready to go. In the past you would be more likely without certain options later in the day. Old Review: One of the only places where I feel like my money is well spent, you get actual food here. Lots of nutrition and can kinda make it your way like add in or keep out certain things. Roasted tofu Sriracha salad is a go to. As well the southwest with purple rice blend and cilantro lime vinegarette. And if you mix all the lemonades they're...
Brutal place... the menu is practically indecipherable, from the start. The broth they served me and my brother was cold and flavorless. Practically every ingredient seemed "off" and flavorless. We complained and the staff very nicely offered us another dish in exchange. My little brother selected mashed potatoes - a reliable favorite, one would suspect, but we were disgusted to find that even these tasted awful - almost like shellac. The price was hefty and the marketing exceedingly gimmicky - playing up to eco yuppie trends in the most hollow sort of way. Finally, disposing of the meal and calling it a loss, I joke and say "I'm going to go use the bathroom - their food sucks but surely they can't screw up a bathroom!" Wrong - the urinal did not flush and was full to the brim with fetid urine that stank to high hell. The only saving grace? The employees were nice enough. I really mean no malice in writing this review, but I am telling it how it was for me. The good reviews seem to indicate a deficiency in the general public of this great county - wake up people, this place sucks! One of the worst...
