Judi's Lounge — Restaurant in Town of Niagara

We were the only ones waiting for a table, but it took over an hour. The clientele camp out and drink after eating. I enjoyed my steak sandwich. We rarely seen the server. Our table thought they forgot our order, because it took about an hour or so to get our food. Definitely not family friendly, crude conversations and loud drunken laughter. Children will have trouble waiting over an hour for food. We asked for one to go drink, after getting our check, and only seeing a server a few times the whole night. The server said she couldn't do that since we were leaving. The person from our party asked again, then the server hurried away with a big attitude. She then came back and rudely set the drink down. Also there was no were to wait outside or inside. We stood in front of the door with the child in our party. After awhile most of our party moved to the car, so the child, a person with mobility issues and someone with asthma could find relief. I have been going to Judi’s for many years and i always thought it was a great place, nice people and really good food. However i had a not so good experience there this week. Since retirement I go to Judi’s for a chicken wing lunch at the bar. I have always ordered the same, hot wings crispy and saucy. This week when my order of wings came they looked like mild wings with hardly no sauce. I asked the bartender if they were hot and che replied they were. Upon tasting the first wing i told her the wing was not hot but barely mild. She then began with a speech saying if you want hot wings at Judi’s you have to specify EXTRA HOT. I told her ive been getting wings here for 10 years and these are not what I usually get. In addition i think because i complained the bartender became very inattentive in not refilling my drink, bringing the tab and picking up the credit card. She also seemed to ignore most of the other customers spending her time mostly with one gentleman who was obviously a friend. Happy Mother's Day, I have to say, this was our third time here for brunch. We never had a worse experience than we did today. We arrived just before 11am, were seated right away, and sat... Sat for 40 minutes until we had to ask for water and brunch menus. After about 20 minutes we finally received our water and brunch menus were tossed on our table. After being there for a little over an hour, another server, Makayla, finally came over to us and she was very pleasant and apologized and said she would take our drink and food orders. No complaints about her whatsoever, she was great. After putting in our order, it took over 40 minutes to get four of our party of 8's food. 20 minutes later three more came out and another 10 min and the last dish came. After complaint to the manager, she helped make it right. It'll be a long time before our family comes back. So sad because the food is good and we've never had an issue in the past. I feel that they could have been more prepared for Mothers Day brunch knowing it's a busy day for families to go...
