I went there in May, the place was empty I was standing at the counter waiting and I could hear people talking in the back and a lady ten feet away from me who is lifting a bag looks at me says nothing, continues to do what she was doing and neither does she ask if I have already ordered or if I want to order. I kept waiting for someone to come take my order, nobody came until I finally called out after 5mins & I said : Is there no one to come take orders? Then a guy finally comes out front the back and I ordered a chicken sandwich paid for it then I went to the bathroom upon returning another customer was at the counter so I am waiting again for my food to be given to me then the guy at the counter says I think this might be your order here, I thank him and upon opening my order i see it was a chicken wrap INSTEAD of chicken SANDWICH. So I called for someone in the back to come out, I told him this is not the right order; He THEN proceeded to argue with me that this was what I ordered. I firmly told him no, I did not order a chicken wrap;I ordered a chicken sandwich. The guy takes the food which is the wrong order to the back ,starts talking about me to the other workers in the back like an idiot that I am the one who doesn’t know what I’m doing and I ordered the wrong stuff. By then, I was livid because first I walk in there nobody was at the Counter to take your order, I waited 5mins to order, then WHEN my order was ready, NOBODY said anything to me, just left it the counter and went to the back, my order is wrong and now you’re calling me an idiot. I was so livid and disrespected that I told him to cancel my order, I no longer wanted it & and to return my money back to me. The guy whom I met at the counter after I came back from the bathroom witnessed the exchange in conversation,the rudeness from the people there that he was so feed up with the nastiness ;he decided to cancel his order too because he did not like the way they behaved. Disrespectful people work there , I would never eat there ever again ; no wonder why the place is empty...

I couldn’t believe what I was hearing through the intercom as I placed an order the manager himself spoke to me and he was really rude. It’s outrageous the manager is speaking like that to someone placing an order. I spoke very politely to him I couldn’t believe I was met with that tone of voice. Yes, we all have long days at work but that was very sick. I placed a order for my little brother and the employees in the back laughed at me because I said I never ordered a frosty before. The manager wanted me to repeat what I said to make everyone laugh at me. I just kept saying” jr frosty vanilla” and he still kept asking me to repeat myself. I’ve never been treated like this at a fast food restaurant the name implies that the food would be fast which I was never met with. I was so furious and embarrassed in front of my family I drove off. I then returned inside to speak to a manager I was appalled it was the manager I spoke to in the intercom. He did not keep the same energy in the drive-thru he much calmer and friendlier. It seemed as if the employees ran the Wendy’s instead of the manager. A employee tried to speak to me and tried to tell the manager to step aside I insisted I talk to the manager. Another employee yelled we could hurry this up in 5 mins or 2mins she had no empathy for me. Just tried to rush me and the manager to move aside rudely instead of politely asking us to move over. In the end, the manager apologized and gave me a free frosty. The employees are really ghetto and still laughed in my face as I stayed there. This infuriated my sister which led to escalation. Read morePlaced an online order to pick up inside. When we arrived the parking lot and sidewalks had not been thoroughly cleared from the snow we received overnight. We walked in followed by a gentleman with 2 sandwiches in his hands, so we let him go ahead of us. After waiting several minutes to be acknowledged he explained that he had received the wrong food at the drive thru, they has been expecting him and his food was ready and waiting for him. After he had been taken care of we told the clerk that we were there for an online order and waited several minutes longer for our food. Another customer came in while we were waiting and left because they weren't helped. When we were given our food we we're told that the man who followed us in had actually gotten our food by mistake, but no apology. We decided to eat our food there, which was a good thing because my sandwich was wrong. I took it to the counter where I waited again to be acknowledged. They remade my sandwich again, correctly this time, but no apology and despite being fresh the sandwich was not hot. I should add that the restaurant was empty, except for a table of 3 people, at least one of whom appeared to work there and was possibly a manager (see photo). I know there is a labor shortage, etc... but that is not an acceptable excuse for such terrible service. Sadly we won't be back...
