I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. The employee who took my order over the headset, identified as Jade on my receipt, was unprofessional and discourteous. I approached the interaction politely and respectfully, so her attitude was both unprovoked and unnecessary. This type of behavior is unacceptable in a customer-facing role. I strongly encourage Dunkin' Donuts to re-evaluate staff assignments to ensure that individuals with appropriate customer service skills are placed in positions that involve direct communication with customers. Read moreWhen this location was first built, it was the best in the area. I’d drive out of my way just to go here. The service was quick, kind, and consistent. Lately every time I’m here, the lines are crazy long, the staff seems to rather chat than move efficiently, and they aren’t as friendly as they once were. The store is large and empty, the floor in the entry way has been torn up. The parking lot is impossible because of the line in the drive thru.

NO CREAM CHEESE ON A BAGEL???? who eats a bagel with no cream cheese…..a cold bagel. I waited an extra 10 mins for them to make my coffee…keep in mind I ordered 20mins ahead.
