Bagel Man of Great Neck — Restaurant in Town of North Hempstead

I've been a regular customer here for the past few years and I'm done with it. I've had several bad experiences there but I want consistency when I order from a shop. I feel bad when I write a negative review and hope things change here without my business.

I've had several problems with my orders, my bagel hasn't been toasted - I was charged the wrong amount because the cashier keeps thinking I order cheese on my food - but most recently my bacon was harder than my nails!

I ordered 8 - 12 meals a month here and 3 co-workers do as well, I have resorted to calling in orders recently to avoid waiting the 5-10 minutes for my food to be prepared at the counter.

I had a long day at the medical offices across the street in the morning I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a roll which was excellent and if you have any specifications like me I prefer eggs over medium they did it perfect ! At lunch I was still here so I ran back across to try something else which I had a simple ham and cheese on a roll and ordered mild chicken wings w blue cheese and the quality of food and taste was nothing but exceptional !!! Is it possible to give negative stars? We need A NEGATIVE STAR OPTION because this was place is the worst!!!! The lady at the counter is very rude. My bagel was not prepared as ordered. The eggs were runny and 2 slices of bacon when I paid for EXTRA. They would not fix what I already paid for and were extremely rude with the manner they handled my business.
