Napoli Pizza & Restaurant — Restaurant in Town of North Hempstead

I recently went for dinner with a small group of- it was the first time for all of us. I didn't have high expectations, but was very pleased with our meal and the service. The restaurant is on the small side (I suggest a reservation), but very attentive, and the bar area is very cute and modern. Our waitress was very attentive, and everything we ordered was delicious, including my spicy cucumber margarita. To start we shared the falafel platter, large enough to be shared, and the fire roasted eggplant in a green herb tahini sauce (I think that's what it was) - tender and delicious! I had the special brussel sprout Cesar salad w/ added grilled chicken, and others ordered the salmon and enjoyed it. We didn't order dessert, but I'll definitely try something...

I could not let the day go by without sharing my lovely experience at this pizzeria today. Not only was the pizza delicious and extremely filling (ordered 2 slices but 1 had me full), the service and hospitality of the owner was so refreshing. I normally order, grab my food and run but the owner convinced me to sit down and enjoy my slices there. So glad I stepped out of my comfort zone and ate there. I had a very delightful experience. The staff and the customers were very friendly. I will be back and highly recommend giving this place a try and don’t just leave with your food, sit down...

Pretty ick. I don’t usually review places but I had to for this one. It’s old and kinda gross. I ordered over the phone without ever having tried the place before. It showed 4.7 stars so I figured it’d be good. It wasn’t. Old and dark inside. I think it was the owner behind the counter, nice guy but the place seemed to not follow and hygiene protocols. Just plop food around with hands after touching everything. I just wouldn’t recommend. Also terrible...
