What can I say, this T-Mobile location just reinforces why I am a T-Mobile Subscriber for over 14 years, it's the customer service!
Big Big Big shouts to Christal and in a close second place, the manager of this store, they were phenomenal. I came in with not such easy asks, which included moving my prepaid number to my postpaid account and postpaid to prepaid, I had a locked e-mail address in the system and some other things that needed tending to. Christal spent the time with me and was calm, cool, collective and super sweet, kind and helpful every step of the way.
I am so grateful for Christal, her manager, T-Mobile overall for providing stellar customer service. T-mobile overall is a company all brands should aspire to be like because they provide a great service at a very reasonable price and along with that comes excellent customer service in person and over the phone. If you are in the Queens or Long Island area visit this location too for your next phone, they are EXCELLENT. One more quick story, one of the staff members was about to run out quickly for lunch and saw a customer walk in. He stopped his lunch plans to help out this gentleman. I mean c'mon you don't hear of people doing things as wonderful as that, these days anymore. It just shows how incredible this T-Mobile branch is!
Folks just stop with Verizon and AT&T and come on over to T-Mobile, you will thank me (I'm a customer who just loves everything about the service and cannot stop raving!!).

I spoke specifically to John and he said that there is an iphone 14 pro max available purple color and he even told me to come early. So we drive all the way to this place for 30 minutes just to buy the iphone only to find out that they donât have the purple color. John was arrogant, lier and have the worst costumer service ever!! They are pointing fingers who will be the one to attend to us. He told me that the purple was sold out when it was only 30 minutes ago he said it was available!!!! They are feeding wrong information to us saying that if the iphone is locked..we cannot use it internationally which is wrong.
