I drive 15 minutes to go get my wife Burger King go to the drive through give an order to the lady I read the screen and the order is all wrong then a guy takes over the order and does it correctly . I pay get my food and drive back 15 min my vegetarian wife takes a bite and says this doesn’t taste like it normally does I look at it and it’s not an impossible whopper it’s a regular beef whopper. She almost threw up cause she’s never had meat before. I drive all the way back and in front off me are two other people complaining about the wrong orders. I go when it’s my turn and I say hey here’s the receipt here’s the sandwich with one bite missing you guys gave me the wrong burger and my wife just ate meat after 30 years of her life cause your mistake . Without saying a word they checked and the right burger was still there siting on the back they hand me the right one in a bag and I said that’s it ? Like your not even going to say a word to me after you wasted 1 hour of my time and made my wife eat meat. I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this Burger King location. I ordered a Big Fish Medium Meal with a specific request for the fish to be cooked out of the fryer, which I verbally confirmed with the staff at the register (Order #405 at 3:30 pm). However, when I asked the staff member to inform the kitchen about my request, he seemed uninterested and instead chatted with his coworker.
When I received my order, I questioned the staff member about how it was ready so quickly, and he falsely claimed that the fish was cooked out of the fryer. Unfortunately, when my wife checked the food in the car, she found that the fish was indeed cooked in the fryer, the food was cold, and the fries were soggy.
As a regular customer who always orders the same meal, I'm frustrated that this isn't the first time I've experienced issues with my order, especially on weekends. The lack of attention to detail and poor customer service is unacceptable.
Suggestions for Improvement:
Train staff to listen to and follow customer requests accurately. Ensure that orders are prepared correctly and meet customer expectations. Improve food quality and temperature control.

There was very good and friendly service; they even brought our food to our table because there was a little bit of a wait due to our special requests. The food itself was far better than I remember it. The meat in particular was tastier. I find this is often hit and miss at Burger King, where some locations seem to use a better quality meat than others, and today this one was in the better category. They even added some nice touches like real flowers on the tables.
