⭐ Dunkin’ at 1 Glen Cove Road in Greenvale – My Take

This Dunkin’ is super convenient, especially being right near Harbor Hill School. I’ve stopped in a few times when I’m in the area—either for a quick coffee or something on the go.

The location is easy to find, but the parking lot can get tight, especially during the morning rush. You might have to wait a bit for a spot, which can be frustrating if you’re in a hurry.

Inside, the store is on the smaller side. It’s really set up more for quick grabs than for hanging out, but it’s always been clean when I’ve gone in. Service has been hit or miss depending on the day—some staff are friendly and fast, while other times the energy feels a little low and the orders might not come out quite right.

Food and drinks are standard Dunkin’. Most of the time my coffee is spot on, and the breakfast sandwiches are decent. I’ve had a couple off days with stale donuts or a drink made wrong, but nothing major. Just depends on who’s working and how busy it is.

Overall, I’d give this spot a solid 3.9 out of 5. It does the job when you need a caffeine fix or a bite, especially if you’re already nearby. Just don’t count on it for a relaxing sit-down coffee—this is more of a grab-and-go...

THE WORST customer service experience I’ve had in at least the past 5 years! Cashier: “Kamal”. I told him that today was free donut Friday, and he told me that it was not. I showed him the advertisement that I received through email about it on my phone. He said it is not happening. I told him to try to input the donuts into the cashier, and then we will apply the coupon and see if it takes. After trying to ask him this for about the next time, After requesting this for about 3 times he excepted, and so did my coupon. After this interaction I noticed that behind him on the menu the free donut Friday deal was being advertised. Lastly I tried to pay through my DD app. I had credit for a free beverage on my account. He said I can not apply that coupon and that he already charged my account. I never authorized for that to happen. I would of stayed longer to correct the issue, but I was rushing...

Terrible customer service. There has been two instances when I have experienced this. One was when I accidentally ordered my food to a different Dunkin an hour away and they would not make it and I had to drive to a different place, another time we ordered and they gave us the wrong drink and refused to remake it. I work in the food industry and I know the customer is always right, in my store we would immediately remake the food, no questions asked. this is a multi million dollar company that can’t remake an iced coffee?
