Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of North Hempstead

Stopped by on just to get a small coffee and a Bagel with cream cheese. I did all my transactions through the app. Came in and a Male attendant went out of his way to be rude. Made me wait like 10 mins for my coffee and didn't even place it on the "To Go" tray. My guy just left it on his side of the counter and did not have the courtesy to tell me I could take my order. I looked at him and said "is my order ready?" and he looked and just was like " yes you can take it". I asked his name and he did not want to tell me despite I asked 3 times. He knows he's doing it wrong and when confronted he doesn't want to acknowledge his attitude. I feel bad for people who has to put up with this customer service. My local Dunkin' people where I leave are amazing. I could never deal with someone like this. Dude has the wrong line of work and...

First of all read all of the other reviews. This is the worst location that I’ve ever been to. They have succeeded in frustrating the neighborhood since it became a Dunkin. The staff is rude, slow, and please have your employees wear gloves. Because it is not hygienic to tamp ice down with their fingers. Yes its clean, more importantly; learn how to put a top on correctly, many times I’ve spilled (I would say burnt myself, but the coffee is never hot)all over my car or pants. Don’t go to the Albertson Dunkin. Your pants and patience...

Although I do recommend that he if you are a frequent refresher with green tea enjoyer that you get the app and pre-order because the wait times usually go from 1 to 1:30 minutes because they are so packed and I don't blame them cuz this place is amazing. If you want to try refresher with green tea but you're not exactly a fan of refresher like. I am recommend the refresher,mango pineapple, Strawberry dragon fruit,and raspberry watermelon they are delicious separate and together....
