Excellent breakfast and pretty quickly done! They had great choices of cream cheeses, salads, bagels, etc. It was a bit small and there is not much room to order and wait, couple that with a bunch of typical Long Island "Me mes" (all about me me me me me) that wander around on their phones cutting the line and being obnoxious. Overall, we were happy but some woman kept walking in front and around our table while we were eating and she was super annoying (she also is in dire need of new leggings because I could see her ridiculously huge underwear, kind of gross). I'm glad the guy behind the counter saw and reached out to us to order. I hate adding this to my review but I don't know if it's always like this. I would def go back in a heartbeat! The service and attitude that I received from the employes at Greenvale Bagels across from the Dunkin Donuts on Glen Cove Road at 6:50am on Thursday, January 30, 2014 was incompetent and disrespectful. I watched one of the male employees make my bagel incorrectly and when I reminded him that it was not what I ordered he told me that he already made it and couldn't toast it. I again reminded him that I ordered two mini bagels, scooped out & toasted- one with cream cheese and one with butter. The female employees that were working as well preceded to give me attitude. My mother purchased food for Yom Kippur on their online ordering service on the 6th of October, it is now the 12th of October Yom Kippur Day and they are telling me that the online ordering service that despite the fact that their online ordering service charged my mother we now have to pay again for our food for the holiday and WE have to go fight their online ordering service to get our money back!!!!! We have used this store for 20+ year for breakfast and the holidays and this is the treatment they give us! The service has gone way down hill since it changed owners, we will not be coming back again!...
