We love Jersey Mikes and decided to try this new spot for lunch, as we live nearby. We ordered online via the app thinking that would save us some time…wrong. The order, which was two cold sandwiches, took 50 minutes from the time we placed the order until it was in hand. I think about 20 people who came in to order from the cashier got their food before us. It’s expected that it’s going to be a little busier especially on a Monday at 12pm; however, this won’t be a place I’ll be going to on my lunch break or ever again. Hopefully they’ll be more prepared for the lunch crowd in the future but until then, we will hold off and stick with Parkway Deli across the street. Service would get a 0 if I could. When we asked when the food would be ready, we got a “it’s busy” and “we are understaffed” and “I can give you coupons” and “I do the grill” responses. I can empathize with a business that is just getting started and still working on hiring but this was not an issue of understaffing, this was an issue of poor service and incompetence. To wait almost an hour for two cold cut (not hot) sandwiches is beyond comprehensible…we actually thought we were being “punked.” When you see that customers are waiting that long, good service is prioritizing fixing whatever went wrong because something clearly did. But nope, 20 more sandwiches from people who were “walk-ins” followed before ours. Very disappointing.
Edited this review three times to reflect increased wait time. Final time was 54 minutes. At 53 minutes I asked “the grill guy” how we were doing on the order (this was after his colleague told him “I made that an hour ago,” at least she realized how insane this whole situation was…he goes “your pick up time was 12:42”..which I ordered at 12:11, that’s still 31 minutes for cold cut sandwiches! I said no it was actually 12:24 and he looks at the receipt and claps back “it was 12:26.”

Read moreI first visited this Jersey Mike's location during their promotional "free sub day" before they officially opened doors. I had such a beautiful experience as I was welcomed so warmly by the owners, the manager, and the staff. The sandwich was amazing, and given that it was during an extremely busy promotional event, I was even more impressed. I recently visited for the first time since and was delighted to find that their service has not faltered in the slightest. The manager, Shan, recognized me and instantly smiled and greeted me. We had a quick chat as my food was prepared and trust me it was quick. My food was ready in 5 minutes! The sandwich i got was #42 the Chipotle Chicken with Bacon and it was amazing. I cannot believe how good it was. It was put together nicely and not messy at all, which made it very easy to eat (a quality i love in sandwiches). It tasted amazing, way better than subway down the street or the deli across. All in all, 10/10 experience and I wish I could give this place 1000 stars. I will definitely be a regular here. Read moreI came in for a sub, but the experience was disappointing. One employee was juggling sandwich-making and taking our order at the same time. I waited to be courteous, but she insisted on taking my order mid-task. And then asked me to repeat my order one more time after she was done. I ordered a Philly and asked for it Mike’s Way, as I’ve had it that way at other locations without any issues.
Immediately, the male employee made a face and said, “That makes the sandwich soggy.” I responded that it was fine, and he sarcastically said, “So you want it soggy, OK!”—a comment that felt unnecessary and rude. 2 minutes later they tell me they were out of onions and tomatoes. If that’s why they were hesitant about Mike’s Way, they could’ve just explained that from the start.
To top it off, the location was very dirty. I’ll be attaching photos to show just how unclean the space was. Dirty rags touching the bread. Overall, not the standard I’ve come to expect from...
