Sobol Carle Place — Restaurant in Town of North Hempstead

I have always enjoyed Sobol and typically visit the Planview and Merrick locations, but this was my first time at this particular spot. When I ordered, I was informed that they couldn't accept a $100 bill. It wasn't like I was trying to make a small purchase of $10, and they claimed they didn't have change in the register. Since it was my first visit to this location, their rudeness was surprising and unprofessional, both from the staff present and from whoever they spoke to on the phone, who I assume was a manager. I would have managed the situation quite differently. I even asked if I could order something else , but they declined. I think this is by far the worst SoBol’s I’ve been to. I paid 45 for two Sobols. Ordered two kids bowls with only fruit. They barely gave me any fruit, so when I asked to get a little more fruit, the ladies told me they couldn’t because it was standard. They literally gave me 4 sliced bananas and 3 sliced strawberries and 2 blueberries. On top of that, I ordered 2 reg bowls with cookie butter and i said light AÇAÍ. They give me an abundance of Acai. I been a member for 6 months and have to say I'm very disappointed in the customer service . I order from this place all the time and to find out i could of been saving money on my account via my company discount the whole time. I inform the young lady at the desk and she laughs at me . Said we don't tell people about discounts unless they are wearing their uniforms. Very unhappy with their inexperience workers . The amount of money i lost . I will not be returning to this...
