I ordered from here for the first time for the entire staff at work. We received our smoothies without straws and we requested no bacon and no pepper or spicy because there is someone with an allergy . I was told there was no pepper on the chicken salad. . I called right away after the driver had just left to let them know we did not receive the straws and are unable to drink our smoothies. The girl said they are unable to send us straws that we can go pick them up . We are a little over 5miles away and i am working and its a huge inconvenience to do that. She put her "boss" on the phone and i explained what happened again. She put me on hold after a few apologies. Someone else picks up the phone and says now that they can give us 10% off our next order which is kind and all but does not fix that fact of how do we drink smoothies without a straw !After all of that They still put bacon on the salad and the chicken has something spicy because she got an allergy after taking one bite .Terrible...

If you are looking for a healthy smoothie this place isin’t it! Make it yourself. The fruits are not fresh & they are preserved in some sort of sugary base? On top of it they add an additive sweetener to make your smoothie i guess taste better? They don’t tell you they add it unless you ask if they addition syrups. Lastly, the calories in these smoothies are 600 plus each! For a fresh fruit smoothie with yogurt it should NEVER be this high in calories. (On a side note, it costs $10+ for a smoothie) if everything was fresh fruit and no additive sugars i would.not mind but this is...

As surgeon I just finished seeing patients at my LI office . So before heading back into city . Was going to the lincoln center , I needed some fuel for my body. And I was running behind. From the moment I walked in . I had my doubts. Employee had their air pods in . And had look of no interest for my order or effort to make my order no personality. I ordered the peanut butter paradise . When I got in my car and drove away . I went to take a sip and it tasted like ice water . Was a large block of ice . Literally.
