Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Town of Onalaska

Mixed experiences here. Mainly due to unqualified staff. My biggest complaint is last time we order two specialty drinks, they didn't include major ingredients/topping. I complained on the app and never heard anything back. Very frustrating to not be able to get refunded when they mess up an $8 coffee...

I've used the contact link the Owner posted below twice with no replies. Every other established coffee place has an option to get refunds. Mistakes happen, but not having any sort of way to get in contact is very frustrating.

Update 3- it's now been two weeks with no reply and three submissions to their online reporting which seemingly goes nowhere. I have reduced to 1 star. Complete lack of customer service.

Got a chai latte that was the strangest tasting chai I've ever had. Perhaps they made it wrong but it tasted like maybeit was just the chai concentrate heated up? Lovely clean space, staff was friendly. I didn't ask to return my drink because the person in front of me had just returned theirs and it felt awkward to do so right after since I wasn't sure if theirs generally just tastes like this.
