Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Oneonta

If I could give no stars I would. I was just in there on July 9th around 9-9:30 I went in with my little brother doing a DoorDash. I was being kind and patient waiting while I only noticed two ladies working (both with an absolutely horrible attitude) the reason I did not speak up because there was quite a few people in there. Being mindful that I was going to give them a bit to catch up on the order so I could get mine. The customers in there were before me and I was no in a rush. The lady working on the coffee station rudely asked what I needed and I said "I do just have a DoorDash for" and said the name. She rudely snotty answered back and said well would've been nice for you to say something I'm not a mind reader. I walked away in discuss because of how rude she was while I was simply just giving her time to make the other orders again because I was not in a rush and I obviously know the orders come thru on there end for DoorDash so I know they saw them. After I told her what I needed she continued to run her mouth about how "she's not a mind reader", "don't just stand there like that" and making snotty remarks about me to the other girl working with her. One had blonde/pink hair and was complaining the whole time with an attitude and rolling her eyes the whole time. The other one was the one that had spoke to me, had black hair. I didn't see any name tags on. I hope they get fired because they have horrible attitudes and I have never been treated so poorly. The dark haired girl finished up my order for DoorDash slammed it on the counter and with a snarky attitude laughs and says have a good day and CONTINUED TO WALK IN THE BACK AND RUN HER MOUTH!!!!!!!! She also continued to cuss me out as I left because I spoke up for myself because I was just trying to be nice and it just had gotten worse the way I was getting treated for absolutely no reason all because I didn't speak up and rush her for my DoorDash order. Worst customer service ever. If you don't want to deal with customers DONT BE IN THE INDUSTRY. I am in customer service myself and I know how it goes. I work with customers and it's something you need to love doing. She definitely does not like her job, and needs to...

Awful place. They didn't have any of the drinks we ordered. Then couldn't figure out how to refund us the money for the drinks. Then tried to refund us for half the order and didn't give us the donuts on the side we ordered and were mad we came back to grab them. THEN shorted us on on the donuts and gave us the wrong amount....
